Delivery in South Africa
- Made to order: processed within 5–7 working days, then delivered by courier in 2–3 working days. In-stock items ship the next working day.
- Complimentary shipping on orders over R1 800. Orders under R1 800: R130.
- Free collection from our Cape Town studio.
International
- 1–10 working days, door to door. Free shipping on orders over R4 000. Customs duties may apply.
Returns & exchanges
- Let us know within 14 days of purchase at info@harlowandsummer.com.
- Exchange for another size or item, or receive a credit note. Items must be unworn with original tags; return courier costs are for your account.
- Refunds cover the item only (R130 is deducted if your order shipped free).
- Sale items and international orders can’t be returned.
